Got one of the chubs cut open. Had to look and taste.

Looks Great ! I also like the darker color. We get that in our salami also but not really sure why. I'd like to repeat it in some of my sausages. Bet that don't  last very long at all!

Wow that looks awesome and the color is so dark. Looks like there is a smoke ring around the outside of the sausage.

I'm drooling on my keyboard again and now there are lick marks on my monitor.   :) :) :)
