I have been smokin everything lately!

Here are some Chops just out of the brine and bout to get some cold smoke.  Grilled them last night.  They were AMAZING.  Added maple syrup to the brine, what a difference it made.  Sweet and Smoky..



Here is what's left of the Salmon.  That didnt last very long.


Here is what's left of the yard bird. 


Here are some ABT's about to go in.

They weren't NEARLY as hot as I expected them to be.  They were extremely mild.

Think I'm gonna give ribs another shot this weekend.  Baby backs this time, not spares.  Spares have been my only weakness with this thing so far.

I also currently got a brisket brining for some corned beef and Pastrami next weekend.
