I followed your recipe and made these last week when I had a buddy over, and we are making them again tomorrow since we were invited over to his place for a get together and these were requested.  they turned out soooooo darn good.  As a rookie to smoking I was hoping and praying they would turn out good, and was I ever shocked at how amazing they turned out.  Way above my expectations.  Thanks for sharing the recipe.
