I like the blog, great idea.  

I am struggling with using the Bradley myself  I like Pulled Pork but I know its not the best thing to eat all the time.  Fortunately my wife is very good on keeping me inline.

But yeah, its cheap meat.  Sale over here last weekend for $1.69 a pound.  Yeah, not as low os some of ya but its low for us.  Were in Chicken territory, not Pork or Beef.
