I Think I'm Nuts

Ever since the first batch of Seemore's nuts I have been struggling trying to keep ahead of the demand. My wife, my adult kids, my neighbors or anybody else that tries them just loves them. So I figured I would try to get ahead this time and make a double batch.

Here are the spices I have been using lately.

This is the first time smoking with the second fan installed and this is a big improvement over a single fan.

Just tried the Tabasco "Chipotle" for the first time, and I was impressed.  Looks like you are in the same boat I was in.  I bought 25 lbs of pistachios about two months ago..., and I am now down to about two pounds left.  Nice job!  They look great.
