This is the last smoke from south florida for the winter, Doing some hot stix
Using some Leggs mix and a little john boy n billys Used about 3/4 teaspoon for 10 lbs , we'll see
A spin in the Kirby mixer
Stuffing with the Kirby canon
I let in fridge overnight A little tight but they fit, more later when they done
Gotta go a little longer yet, IT only 147-50 yet Hangin out for awhile
I did some packing while waiting Into the fridge till tomorrow
Didn't turn out real hot , had a nice flavor, just a little bite , but next time I'll get pepper powder and see how that works
The tester was able to work tonight, let me tell you how fast he grabbed that, "Casper wait a minute" didn't work
