Looks good Devo. Question. What is the clear looking cover on the SG? I'm looking at the pics on my phone. I can't zoom in close enough. ;D

Pics look good to me - but I've had a few beers too ;D. We must be on the same wavelength or something I have 7lbs of Mikes Kielbasa in the fridge for an overnight rest plus 6 lbs of bologna (new to me but the test patty was very good).

Tomorrows my turn to smoke (and have few brewskis).

Devo don't forget the money shots.

Just goes to show you that you can have a very good camera but the idiot taking the pictures still needs to focus  ;D

Mike that is the standard metal mesh top for the big easy, I do have a glass top from a cast iron wok that I use sometimes but the one in the picture is the mesh top.

Yes Viper that is a electrical box that house's a fan. I also have the smoke pistol mounted there also. Looks ugly but it works and thats all I care about.
There is also a fan at the top of the micro wave where the flex pipe connects. That one is controlled by a dimmer switch to speed up or slow down depending on how much air flow I need. I cant have that one running when applying smoke or it just blows everything out the vent  ;D

Here ya go

Wow looks really good. Nah the box looks kinda cool. Makes it look more high tec. Newbies and guests will wonder how you know so much running such a technical machine. Got to keep some mystery in the sport so people don't all start doing it and think it's easy. ::)

Here is a close up of the two tops I have. The mesh one came with it and the glass one is from my cast iron wok

And for those who asked about the fan inside the microwave it is wedged between the inner and outer case of the microwave. Controlled by a dimmer switch, at full speed it will actually drop the temp down ten degrees before it will start climbing back up. This is all dependent on the outside air temp though. I like running it for sausage after the smoke, no problem getting good air flow top to bottom with this bad boy  ;D

Looks like something like I would put together. Nothing is good enough right out of the box. The sausage looks great, but only 5 #??? You need to find a little road killed moose or something.

I know, It's just me living here and doing more than 5 pounds is a waist so its the 5 pound patch till I find the women of my dreams  ;)
