Ditto on the Jan's rub ;)

There is a new rub I use that is made by a member of a different forum. There are some members here that may know Phil. It is called Instant Gourmet and it is great on everything! He gave me a free sample and then I was hooked so I just bought a pound of it. Here is the link...

My personal favorite is Meathead's Memphis Dust Rub.  You can make it either regular or spicy with the optional ingredients.  I have a jar of regular for my wife and another of spicy for me.
