My nephew that lives in Seguin Texas has been doing competition bbqing for several years now and yesterday he had his first Grand Champion win taking first in brisket and second in ribs..This was message to me...

Paul Hostetter Just got back from Beeville VFD Cookoff. 1st Place Brisket, 2nd Place Ribs and our very first Grand Champion..We are stoked...
