I was at the Traders Village in San Antonio yesterday and this young gentleman was there demo'ing his goods. I fell in love with the Ketchup on the first bite. I bought a few bottles and ended up going back for samples twice (he gladly gave me a plate to eat while we browsed) I don't toot anyones horn unless they deserve it and this product as well as the young man and his younger brother deserve it. I ordered some more of it from Amazon this a.m. and cant wait to add this in on my BBQ sauce recipe replacing the ketchup I usually use. I love the HOT, The misses loved the mild and we both loved the medium. A no lose situation in this purchase.....enjoy all
