I make some pretty good pulled pork.  It taste great, naked (the pork, not me), right out of the smoker.  It's good as a sandwich with or without BBQ sauce, it makes good tacos and is a nice addition to mac & cheese.  What else?  I could use more serving suggestions.

Spagetti. Use your favorite bbq sauce, spagetti noodles, and your pulled pork. Sounds weird but it is fantastic.
Never try to teach a pig to sing; it wastes your time and annoys the pig.

Up In Smoke

These turned out pretty good.

scroll down the page a little over half way, there are some pork shooters that were made with the taco butt.

...But they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down the stairs.

Pork balls ;)

Chop it up then blend it in a processor with a raw egg. Then roll out the balls and sear in a pan until browned.

We like to grind leftover pulled pork add it to some cream cheese and stuff it in jalapeƱos then wrap in bacon and make ABT's

I've used it on homemade nachos. My wife called them "carnita nachos"

Pulled Pork Poutine. If you are Canadian, you know what I mean. If you are not, then google it!

(a) Make french fries and place in bowl while HOT. Even better, put them in a small cast iron frypan that has been in the oven.
(b) Pile pulled pork over the fries
(c) Pile plenty of fresh cheese curds over the fries
(d) Smother with near-boiling hot gravy (beef or chicken)

Enjoy!!

This also works with smoked meat, or if you are a purist, omit the meat.

How could I overlook poutine, Smokeville.  I guess it's 'cause I always ate it after hours.  I'm from Minnesota and North Dakota, played my Junior hockey in Canada and went to school in Grand Forks, ND.

I'm doin' it!  My kids will creep up on it and my grandchildren will order out.
