In order to catch Life on Mars I figure we'll have to close the gap at a rate of 175 per week for the next 4 weeks.  That's not 175 additional votes per week, that's CLOSING the gap by 175 per week.  Mars is a moving target.  Voting ends Nov. 9 and we're about 700 votes behind right now.

Hopefully, no one will get wild and vote 10 times in 5 minutes or whatever.  Abnormalities like that seem to send up a red flag.

We're still right at 700 behind Mars.  At this rate we won't catch that one by November but I'll keep making my daily contributions.  It's fun to look at some of the newer entries each time I vote.  The Washington's Harvest one that just appeared looks nice.
