Randy, glad your are high and dry.  We had over 12 inches of rain here in Boynton.  They had pumped the canal down that is in my back yard prior to the storm.  It is as high now as I have ever seen it.  It has backed up thru the storm drains and flooded the front yard and street.  No water in the house and the canal is really running.  Lots and lots of water in the development to drain.

Water in the driveway.  When a car goes thru it washes up the debris into the drive.

Watch out for gators. Glad you all went unscathed and no water damage.

Randy, it is still pouring here.  The water has moved up on the driveway.  With the slope of the land I am guessing that I can take about 15 inches of water until we have interior flooding.  The lakes that are drained by the canal system can't drain and the canals are getting deeper. :o

Stay safe!  I can't even imagine going thru this...

Although I don't wish flooding on anyone we need the rain here in the midwest.  The storm track says we should have plenty of it by the end of the week from the tropical storm aftermath.

You need to put your RV up on ramps a couple of feet high. Hope everyone didn't get much damage.

Looks like New Orleans is getting hammer by this storm. What a shame. Those people have been threw enough. But that is the nature of where they are located.
