Started off with 3 lb ground deer and 2 lb 80/20 GB (you can use 93% lean beef) and added all this stuff

Mixed with the water/TQ and allowed to get to get to know each other for a while

All mixed up and ready for a good nights rest

Got all the stuff ready

Whats left in the stuffer and the tubes I made a little chub

Rolled that little guy in a frog mat

Here we go

After 2 hr Pecan and pulled at an IT of 150 we go9t this

Bloom for a couple hours

Ya Baby

Throw all that good stuff in a bag and back in the fridge for the night

Thats what Im talikn bout,,,closeups dontwork for me
