What are you smoking this extended weekend?

Got a 13 pound and 4 pound brisket, and 2 racks of Sls ribs, anybody else taking advantage of the 3 day weekend?

I bought two pork butts on sale for $.97/lb.  I'll probably smoke one on Sunday into Monday and freeze the other for sometime in October.  Also bought some brats for $1.99/lb but I'm boiling and then grilling them, no smoke.  I'm the only one in the house who eats meat, so nothing too extravagent.

Almost forgot about the boneless strip steak at $6.99/lb.  I'll grill that one on Monday - well done, of course.   ;)

56 pounds of ribs...    4 racks today for a party this afternoon, and a case of spare ribs for a friend - tomorrow. (and possibly into Monday)

Don't see any meat in Beefmann's list...has to be an oversight.

While I'm not smoking anything this weekend, I will be finally changing it up from some combination of ground beef and Ramen with assorted sauces, to having breakfast for a few days.

Depending on what's on sale next week, something may find its way into my cart to tickle with smoke at a later date.

No smoking going on here, I'm getting everything ready for the roofers to start putting a steel roof on the house, deck and garage. My wallet took a real big hit.  :(

Had ABT's tonight. Doing pulled pork tomorrow. Monday a whole chicken. Tuesday, probably a small salad ;D

no smoking here, but will have some lollipop chicken and some drummies on the gasser.
Just personal use. holiday weekend means more work for us......people coming in to their weekend cabins
find they have no water......going to be a long night.
