Hello, from Nebraska

Hey everyone,

Just new to this forum, but have been smoking a while. I have the Bradley Smoker 572 sq. in. 4-Rack Digital Smoker, with the Cold smoke adapter.

A bit about myself.  I live in Lincoln, Nebraska. I love to experiment with food.  I've smoked a lot of pork butts, briskets, salmon, hamburger for my chilli(turned out amazingly good!), and going to smoke 4 different kinds of cheese tonight.

Big thanks to everyone that post to this site as you can always learn a lot from others.

Hope to meet some locals that like to smoke as well. Go Big Red!!!!
