Hi,
I had elk CB and pastrami come out of it yesterday.
This morning, I have 5 lbs of venison jerky going in it.

Well, I did post the elk in curing :)
The venison is in the smoker still....smoking ;)

It's a pecan smoked pork loin that will be cut into chops for dinner tomorrow and future meals. First time doing this and hoping for the best.
