@ tskeeter  no not really have seen it go 2 weeks my self that's the longest.  Depends! We sit it in a unused bedroom our selfs and be sure to set it on something in case it should run over. Don't usually but had one batch that did.
@ HAB Well should be fine. Not sure if the well water down there is hard or soft. But the city water chlorine and chemicals gave it that yellow look like the store. I just like the pure white better. Still tasted fine.
