Over at the Kroger in Ft Steward i can get lots of German food and they have this krout.

Your right with all the lactic acid and culture in the real krout its good for your digestive system

Wish I could send yah all a jar of Kraut but that might cut into my bourbon budget ;D If you ever get a chance to try it, it truely is the best I have ever tried. I have made kraut but can't get the mild great flavor this kraut has.

Those Haribo gummy bears are the best. I got hooked on them the last time I was in Germany. Luckly there is a Germany deli here in Calgary that I can get my fix. They also do online  shipping.
