First ABT's

Used the recipie on the Recipie board.  Smoked pork butt filling!

Hickory smoked for two hours at 175 F



Finished in oven for 35 minutes at 300 F




Not Perfect but Forgiven

ABT's are one of my favourites, the look really good, smokinjoe ABT is an acronym for "Atomic Buffalo Turds" not sure how that name was chosen but basically stuffed jalapenos wrapped in bacon, they taste awesome.
