Brisket tomorrow

Local Randall's store have briskets on sale so wound up getting a couple of them. One went in the deep freeze with my other briskets, one stayed out for my rub and cooking tomorrow. These were large packer cuts so I had to cut it down to fit my Bradley. The point cut I'm cooking longer for burnt ends and chopped Beef sammies

My local Kroger ad came out today. They have brisket for 1.37/lb and spares on for .99/lb. Gonna get me some of those ribs before they go off sale and maybe another brisket!
