Wow, that gentlemans' website is detailed in butchery.  As one who likes to 'do it myself', that's quite a resource.

Yes he actually has a lot to offer on there. Lots of tips and recipes.

I guess no one here has seen one of these in action? I already have my Bradley but I thought this might be a nice add on for some of my friends that just have some small bullet type smokers either  electric or gas.

this brings up an intresting queston. anyone know the size of Smoke cartridges i got an idear... what is the thicknest?

I'm curious to see what they charge for one of the wood bullets for that thing.

Looks like the price will come to close to $4/hour, compared to the BS price of ~$1.20 or so/hr.
Enjoy good Southern-style smoked barbecue -- it's not just for breakfast anymore!
