Finally got enough time home to fire up the smokers. Miss Ann wanted Canadian bacon soooo.

Fire the beasties up.

Tossed a few brined loin pieces in.

Four hours of apple smoke later.

After a few days rest in the fridge.

Had breakfast already but had to have a snack!

Good stuff  ;D

Nice looking bacon, Iceman.  Welcome back!

Your making the rest of us look bad Iceman! That's some really good looking Canadian bacon there!
Bacon is the Crack Cocaine of the Food World.

Be careful about calling yourself and EXPERT! An ex is a has-been, and a spurt is a drip under pressure!

And I just thought I was getting better at Canadian bacon until I saw how nice yours is. :)

KyNola

Lord Lord Lord Ice, really nice work and good to see you firing it up again.

love the smoke

Is that a jar of the famous "soppin Sauce" in the background by the clock

Man I sooo miss that stuff, I can still taste it just a little bit but if I never get some more that taste will leave my memory  :( :'(

I love the way Alaska is perched on the edge of the earth so the photos look sideways.

Looks like you're doing okay in the temp digs.
