Folks, Habanero infused olive oil....

I read on another thread that someone had made up some sauce or some such using habanero peppers and they found it to hot....lol....on the heat scale they're a 10 so here's a little trick for you.

Take a good sized cast iron frying pan.....pour in a bottle of olive oil....toss in the whole habanero peppers and saute until they get quite roasted cool down and toss the peppers out.

rebottle the oil and use it for sauteing it still has a good amount of heat but much less than the straight habaneros.
