Hi everyone ...

This is my first attempt at posting a picture on this forum.  Hope it works.

This should be a picture of a 1.5 lb small test of buckboard bacon I made recently.

Boy, this really tasted great !!



Just did a "preview" before posting ... looks like it worked !! Now I can start posting stuff rather than just "lurking" ... ha...ha..

Yummy!  That looks wonderful.  Good pic.  I did my first pic a while ago and it was a learning experience. !!!

I see a picture of a hunk of Buckboard Bacon.  Nice job!

that looks great! what cut is buck board? pork belly went up 2.5x the price from last time we bought it so we are looking for a different cut to turn into baccon. 4.50$ a pound for raw rind on belly is too much..... again that looks real good!

I guess I should be happy with the 13 pounds I got yesterday for $3.29 a pound....
