For Saturday night dinner will be a 5.5lb pork butt with a Jan's Rub, smoked with apple for fours, and cooked  12 hours, FTC for about 5 hours, then pulled for pulled pork hoagies. We will start the cook at 8pm Friday night so it will run over night. Into the refrigerator now for 34 hours. The only problem is after the first two photos old age caught up with me and I forgot to put the SD card back in the camera so all the other photos are in never never land.

After four hours of Apple

I have had "Unicorn" pork before when I forgot to take pictures. The wife gives me a hard time about taking pictures of the results, then I remind her how much trouble we go through to get perfect pictures of the quilts she does. :D

SWMBO sometimes asks me why I always take pictures of my smokes, & I remind her of the forum saying....
"no pictures, it didn't happen."

At least we know you got started, so I'm sure you got it  finished.
