It's Christmas!

Okay, not really. But my Hickory-smoked White Cheddar is done! I can't wait to get home and try it. As soon as the rain let's up, I'll be trying a batch of Mesquite-smoked Mozza. Gonna throw in a kilo of cashews while I'm at it too.

better find a cheese she likes smoked so she doesn't complain about the monthly cheese bill. :)

She loves the jerky, so all I gotta do is promise to make some jerky if she lets me make some cheese. Hahaha!
