Going to order Bruce Addails (sp) complete sausage guide I think.  Is this the one everyone always talks about? Also what are some others? Really like to find some good recipe type books. Thanks guys!

I have the Kutas book but my favorite go to reference is Ruhlman and Polcyns  Charcuterie. Not quite as many recipes but lots more information on smoking and sausage making.

Bruce Aidell's Complete Sausage Book is a great book.  From his book I learned you don't have to use as much salt as you will find in many other sources. It doesn't have as many recipes for sausage, but this book only deals with sausage, and it does break the sausages down to regions. The book also includes a recipe section that most of the sausages can be used in. The other books, and link mentioned are also excellent sources.

This site is also and excellent resource:
