I dip anything(grinder, mixer, & press)that with contact the meat in a solution of sodium metabisulphite and rinse prior to use.  The procedure has served me well thus far.

One of the equipments for example mixer could be cleaned by using the below process:
Fill the jug of the mixer with soap and water. Mix them using the mixer. Clean it with dry cloth, and there you are.
