Anyone ever done pulled chicken?
- smoking
- motorcycling
- how do I find time to sleep !


That's pretty much how I do all my whole chickens. Just roast them until the meat slips off the bones, then just take a fork and strip it off the carcass. I haven't use a knife on a whole bird in years. The breasts come off in 1 big piece but the dark meat pulls really nice. Great on sammies.
