Does anyone have a good recipie for some smoked baked potatoes or any of the sort?

I don't but somebody might. If all else fails, smoke some sea salt and smoke some bacon then add then to the taters.

Only thing I have for you is to rub the spuds with oil then salt and pepper the skins.  Smoke the till 195 to 200 IT is reached.

I find them really good but others may not, just have to try them for yourself

I have loaded up a couple racks with the little fingerling taters, put smoke on them for a couple hours and then just kept them in there with the smoke off until they were done.  I also brushed them every hour or so with a butter/garlic marinade (I think I used http://www.tonychachere.com/injectable-marinades/) and sprinkle with some sea salt.  They have always turned out fantastic, great flavor.

Do they turn out crunchy or soft? What temp do you do them at?

Sorry for the delay, I just run the Bradley at full power (OBS) and the skins do turn out nice and crispy, probably only baste them 1-2 times during the cooking process.

Thanks I'll have to try that!

I saw an episode of a food show today where one restaurant was making a smoked potato salad with their fried chicken.

It looked pretty solid. The potatoes seemed parboiled and then smoked for flavor. Other ingredients were mayo, whole grain mustard, green onions, smoked paprika, and several other things I don't recall, which isn't much help, sorry. :)
