 Does look good. I bought a slicer just to slice bacon. I guess some day I'll use it for something else, LOL....

I'll pull mine out to do cheese, pastrami, Canadian bacon and it does wonders with a load of onions, celery, bell peppers, etc.

I make up my own, Pink #1, brown sugar and salt
