How do I file a warranty request? Warped Door! Please help.

I went to go use the smoker for the first time in a few months. Going to do some ribs, ya know. When I notice the door looks odd, its not closing on one side. 0! its warped, I had the cover on it all the time when not in use. So how do I submit a request for warranty claim?
