Rub & BBQ sauce

THese aren't mine, but I found them online. Used This for a smoked pulled pork. Carolina style
 Used yellow mustard to coat 3-5 lb Boston butt. Lots of rub to coat and let sit wrapped overnight in fridge.

Caveman blend rub : Credit to Civilized Caveman Cooking Creations

4 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp sea salt
3 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tbsp dried oregano
1 tbsp ground white pepper
2 tsp cayenne pepper

Big Daddy's BBQ  sauce

1 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup light brown suga
3/4 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp soy sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp hickory liquid smoke.
Mix all except soy, butter and smoke. Simmer 30 min. stirr in remaining ingredients and simmer another 10 min.
I even use this sauce as a sandwhich spread.

BBQ sauce sounds good...bookmarked for another day.
It's going to take a lifetime to smoke all this.
