Dove

Last dove season I took my son on his first hunt. Not being a huge dove fan, but not wanting to waste what I shot, we brought the doves home. I brined the breasts overnight, wrapped them in bacon and threw them in the smoker.

My boy loved them. I didn't get any of the leftovers LOL
