Whole sirloin tip

Good morning!

I have out approx a 14lb whole sirloin tip. 

Questions I have are, how long will this take to cook.... And am I aiming to cook it to medium rare?  Or is it like a fattier piece of meat that I am going to have to cook longer to render out that fat to make it tender?
