Hi Everyone,
I have owned my digital Bradley 6 rack smoker for over 15 years. I live in northwest Indiana and use it late spring thru fall.
I absolutely love it. I mostly smoke pork. I'll rub and smoke whole shoulder for pulled pork, add a couple of racks of ribs. On the top shelf I'll do some jalapeƱo halves stuffed with a cheese mixture and wrapped with bacon. AND on the bottom shelf I'll have my baked beans to catch all the dripping goodness coming from above.

I will share what I have experienced for some like kind advice.  Thanks in advance!
