Got them done last night and eating it now for breakfast man it is good!! ;D
Left them in the fridge in a ziplock for 14 days then rinsed it, soaked it for a hour, rinsed it again, added fresh water for another 2 hours, then gave it a final rinse, tied them up to make it rounder.  Then into the Bradley for 7 hours to a internal temp of 158.

Another MAN that has see than light...good job there!

Is there anything else you could do with  your Bradley that is so satisfying, I hardly think so! At least not in my book.  It's BACON or nothing said Patton.

It's not how much you smoke but how many friends you make while doing it...

I agree with you MallardWacker. ;)  That was a very easy piece of meat to do, and it turned out great.  I did part of the loin with a rub , and it was good but not as good as the BBB cured stuff.  I have another loin in the freezer and I think I will do it with the BBB again since the first turned out so well.

I too really like BBB. Last weekend I smoked 2 6lb butts that I had cured with BBB. The morning after a party I fed a bunch of people breakfast and the bacon was the main attraction. needless to say everyone loved it. The Bradley makes me look good!
