Frustrated with PID

Can't thank you enough, but for some reason, the pictures aren't showing up.

Yes, I can no longer see them in my two replies, either.  They were there after I initially posted the replies the other day.

I just edited the two replies.  After several failed attempts to have the pics show up directly in the messages I finally posted a link to each one.  You should be able to see them by clicking on the individual links.

Well, after many hours of frustration, I removed the PID and reset the wiring. The big problem I was having was that it was running at full power regardless of where I set the temp. Lo and behold, now it runs at full temp regardless of where I set the dial. Have a feeling I damaged something...

Sorry to hear you are still having problems.

I'm not familiar with the New Original that has the rheostat built into the generator. You may have damaged the rheostat, or hooked up the wiring incorrectly.

You are no longer under warranty, but give Bradley a call. They may help you troubleshoot, or send you a schematic of the wiring.
