Ask about default temperature

Can you remind me what the default temperature is on the unit and how much the temperature goes up or down by when I press the button? My display is out and if I remember correctly, the default is 260 degrees, but I can't remember if it goes up or down in 10 or 20 degree intervals when I raise or lower the temperature. merge fruit

Welcome to the forum.

It doesn't state this information in the manual. From other posts on this forum, the temperature increment is 10 degrees.

I couldn't  find anything on the default startup temperature, but 260F seems highIf you have a third party tempeature probe, do a test with an empty Bradley with the smoke time set at 0.

I just watched a few videos, and every video when the person turned on the smoker, the default temperature is 280F.
