Just a note to commiserate. we got a new Raven Smoker and planned to season it before Thanksgiving. I have been a loyal Bradley smoker user for over 25 years and have always appreciated the support and quality of their products. I started with an original, upgraded to a digital and now, was very excited to  get their state of the art Raven.
1st one arrived very banged up. As it was a weekend, it took them a few days to respond. But the support folks sent Fedex to pick it up; and the next day after it arrived back to them, sent out a second try.
Just today, we gently opened the box taking pictures every step of the way and sharing the excitement with family; to once again be disappointed that the smoker arrived looking like a slightly used pinata.
As today is Saturday, I boxed it back up and will wait again to contact support. They have been helpful and kind, but the experience has been disappointing. I already prepared a 15-lb prime brisket for a family get-together tomorrow. Guess it is oven-bound until the next Raven lands.
It would be horrible if this was a gift or had I waited to just before the holiday to go through this.

I also received my raven smoker . Sad to say I was. Crushed on one side.  Waiting to hear from Bradley.
Received my replacement yesterday.  Still not real happy with condition,dent on tip rear an door has to be lifted up to close
Owners manual need work.  Does not explain how to load pucks. I did a breakin smoke late afternoon Controls are a little confusing at first I figured them out Zfirst cook will be  thanksgiving turkey breast.  Fingers crossed.  Will pest after first cook.update Bluetooth issue corrected It turned out to be an app problem

First make in the new Raven. First I was able to get the Bluetooth to work,turned out is was the app.  Setup was easy smoke for 2hrs cook time was 6 1/2 hrs. So far I am very pleased with the Raven. I would buy it again

Thanks for the updates guys. I guess the issues are not with Bradley Smoker, but with shipping??
Please keep us posted to how it operates. I might just take the plunge and buy the Raven too.
