Yes I still use it from time to time although the vast majority of Bradley smokes are cold smokes nowadays.

Currently got 3 sides of salmon curing in a salt / sugar cure which will be oak smoked this coming Friday and sliced / vacuum sealed with a whiskey glaze in time for Christmas gifts to family and friends not that I wont be eating my share! Done this for at least the last 10 years.

This was a great site in its prime but everything changes over time. With that said, I wish everyone well. I just checked my bookmark and it seems to be working but dont know for how long.

I'm late to the party on this, but I can't seem to to download the recipe files... I'm guessing with Habs gone, his Google Drive is no longer active... says I need to request permission.

Well, it is 2025 and it is still here. Anyway, I just saw your reply and if you click on that link that you quoted and go to reply #36 you can still d/l the recipe files in my Google Drive account.

Stay tuned guys! A member of the forum has done a ton of work to make a Google Drive file where the forum will be duplicated in its entirety. You won't be able to add to it or post anything but the forum would be preserved for reference. He has also almost completed prepping the forum so it would be accessible via the Wayback Machine, an internet archive site.

As a courtesy I have contacted Wade Bradley for his permission to post the instructions here.

Lot of good memories on this board, from the Smokeout I attended to the late nights in the chat room. RIP to the friends I spend many hours in there with, who are no longer living, mainly La Quinta and CRG. Also, thank you to the rest of you, you helped me through a ton more than you will ever know, especially from 2009-2012.
