Herky Jerky

   This forum is dangerous. I decided to try making jerky 2 weeks ago after reading one of the posts on how good it is. I started with 4 pounds of round.  This stuff is so addicting I have 40 lbs marinating to smoke Friday; I hope there is an end to this addiction. I don't want to end up like you know who.  Thanks for all the great recipes Scott.
