Quotemanx ya gotta quit mentioning that liver thing. My teeth get all gritty and my mouth gets dry just thinking about that "Cook Inlet Mud Smoked Liver Pat'e" failure I had. Even the pups go running out of the house if they see me bringing any liver in to cook!

What amuses me Iceman is that we are separated by several thousand miles, on different continents, yet both had the same spectacular failure trying to smoke liver and both arrived at the smoked mud comparison!! ;D ;D ;D

Doesn't do anyharm to be reminded of the odd failure IMHO, just makes you appreciate the successes all the more. Besides I am in good company mentioning that particular one.

AND.... we have saved Wildcat from suffering the same fate and the associated recurrent nightmares!!!  :-[

And boy do I llove liver and onions! ;D

Liver and onions are great IMO. ;) (Just keep them away from the Bradley). :D

Wildcat

I really appreciate you guys saving me.  ;D I REALLY love liver and I surely do not want to turn against it by such a horrible experience.  I have, on occasion, had liver in restraunts that was not cooked enough and even that kept me away from it for a couple of months or so. :'(
Life is short. Smile while you still have teeth.
