Hi all,

I'm new to this site,  just unpacked my 4 rack DBS last night.  I found this site afterwords.  Is there a location where all the TLA, (three letter acronyms are listed)?

Welcome to the site Johnny Guitar.  This is a great place for beginner.  Everyone is very nice and friendly here.  FTC means Foil Towl and Cooler.

Thanks Wicz,

So now that I now what FTC means, is there a thread that you can point me to that describes the techniques that FTC is?

When done with smoking or cooking food its the resting period for the meats.1.F  FOIL UP MEAT .2 t  wrap a towel around the foil.3.C   gET A COOLER AND place the foiled wrapped up towel in the dry cooler. This will be the resting place while the meat does its final phase of cooking .Great for pulled pork ribs and brisket.Hope this helps other will elaborate a lil more im sure but this is a lil help. quick
