CCR & 4:05 AM

I woke up and the clock read 4:05 AM. Susan got up right behind me and asked me why I was firing up the computer... My reply was the first thought in my mind when I woke up was: Raye you got to check your CCR (Central Contractor Registration.) She looked at me like I was stupid.

Normally I update / validate our information to this goverment agency in Feb of each year. Sure enough, as of Noverber 7th 2007 all NAICS codes (North American Industry Classification System) and other related information had to be re-entered.

The function of CCR: Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is the primary registrant database for the U.S. Federal Government. CCR collects, validates, stores and disseminates data in support of agency acquisition missions.

As you can see from the statement above, not being updated would be costly -- Dang strange that I woke up with this on my mind.

Now if I could only wake up with the correct 6 numbers for Saturday night~~!
