Yes they were. I told them about the hlep I got from you all. I do believe my secret sop was a player in the process as well. When I cook/smoke one brisket on my egg it take about 18-20 hours to do right. This did 4 in much less time.

Thanks again and I wonder how this would work with a Spanek? That is what ws holding up my turkey.
