Pre Purchase Questions

If you lived on this side of the US, I'd take you out, we would blast some and see if there is a difference.

Let me know if you do, I'm trying to find a way to cook these skinned breasts without drying them out so bad.

As MW said, wrapping in bacon would probably do the trick but I've never tried it. I just single-layer the top rack top rack with bacon & let it drip it's love down onto the meat if I'm worried about it drying out.

Usually though, drying out is caused by too high a temperature cooking the product too fast. Low & slow, low & slow![8D]
