Sam's club for Pork butt's, Rib's and cheese. Butcher for Belly's and brisket. Whenever I do pork butt I always do at least two. WHat we don't eat I freeze after pulling. It freezes great and then I make enchilladas or even use as taco meat at a later date. I feel if your smokin might as well have a full smoker ;D ;D.

Gotta tell ya...since "I" answered this...(it's a long story...don't ask) we really do like the local butchers...but...that being said...got some great meat at Costco with Giz...so...I guess whoever has the best looking meat (as well as a good price)  is where ya go....just gotta drive around...?
