Leave the flour out of the wings without fire recipe. Should have gone with my own judgement. Too lumpy!!!>:(

Haven't done a batch of wings in awhile, I'd agree with the no flour!  I take'em and deep fry them, coat in absoultely wild bbq sauce and then into the smoker for a bit...Good stuff!

Cooked 1 more pellet than required and then finished on hot grill. OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!

My bad....Welcome to the forum randerso2!  Lots of good folks on here with a wealth of knowledge...I had some but LQ hypnotized me!  Nah, use mesquite!  ;D

If I'm deep frying them I'll lightly coat them in a flour and dried chili powder mixture. Okay, not true buffalo wings but tastier.

I always use corn starch to thicken up any sauce and keep it from lumping.
